How rewards work
When do purchase rewards arrive?
After a successful payment, your account receives 10 transcript credits. Each new paid order or subscription invoice qualifies once. Failed payments and zero-value orders do not earn credits.
What can I use credits for?
Each credit covers one transcript. Rewards never expire and do not change your subscription or unlock paid AI features. You can return to this page from the account menu or Settings.
