How to edit a TikTok video online

  1. Start with a link or local video

Paste a public TikTok URL or upload a video from your device. Review the imported source and any available captions before changing the edit.

  2. Build your version

Select up to eight source sections and arrange them in order. Edit or translate the captions, choose a canvas ratio and add MP3 audio or extra text at a specific second.

  3. Prepare and download the creation pack

Choose a cover frame, add a cover title and optionally generate a description in your chosen language. Export and review the MP4, audio file, SRT and JPG cover.

Build a complete short-video edit

Trim and join selected sections

Set start and end seconds for each section. Keep the parts you need and reorder them without modifying the original file. The finished edit can be up to 180 seconds long.

Make a version for another audience

Translate captions, review each line and adjust subtitle styling. Add your own MP3 recording at the right moment and pair it with a caption on the finished timeline.

Take the publishing assets with you

Download the video together with its separate audio, timed subtitle file and a titled cover frame. Copy or download the generated description after reviewing its wording.
