0:00I made a timeline
0:02with all the information that we got from prosecutors yesterday.
0:05This is based off their opinions,
0:06not mine. But let's get into it.
0:08Number one is April 22nd. There's text between Celeste and David
0:13that show a fight over other girls
0:15and Celeste threatens to expose their relationship.
0:18And then the next day on April 23rd,
0:20at 8:40 p m, David orders Celeste an Uber.
0:24Then at ten ten PM, Celeste arrives at his home.
0:27Prosecutors are alleging that the unaliving of Celeste
0:30happened between ten ten PM and ten thirty PM.
0:34Cause at ten thirty PM, they are saying that David texts Celeste phone,
0:38where are you? At eleven thirty PM,
0:41David leaves his home and heads to Santa Barbara County.
0:44And then he texts and calls Celeste's phone.
0:47And the next day on April 24th,
0:49David leaves Santa Barbara County in the morning
0:52and he returns to LA to do a radio show.
0:55I think there's a big possibility
0:57that the radio show they're talking about
0:58is this one by Songwriter Universe,
1:01because they say that it was actually recorded in April of 2025,
1:05but they didn't actually put it out until August 12th of 2025.
1:09David sends two text to Celeste's phone again.
1:12And then David orders a shovel from Home Depot delivered by Postmates.
1:17David does a Twitch stream at his home in LA at 4:30 p m.
1:20Pacific time. And then David's album release party starts at 8 p m.
1:25Pacific time. And That's based off that text notification
1:27that Steve Fischer was able to get his hands on.
1:30And then on April 25th,
1:31we know that David's album release party was still happening
1:34because it was still active at 12:30 a m.
1:37Pacific time. And after this party,
1:39David travels from LA to New York City.
1:42We know that David's withered album drops that day.
1:45And also he performs at Bandlab Pop up day one,
1:48where David cries while he's performing afterlife.
1:52And then on April 26th, David does the Band Lab pop up Day 2.
1:56On April 27th, David travels from New York to Houston,
2:00Texas, and David performs,
2:02and he cries again during afterlife.
2:05And then on April 28th, the David travels from Houston to New York.
2:09That's because on April 29th,
2:11the David performs at Brooklyn Steel show in New York.
2:14And after David returns from doing all that,
2:16on May 1st is when prosecutors allege
2:19that David ordered two chainsaws off Amazon.
2:23Mind you, one very distinct thing that I saw about this in the document.
2:26They did not say that the chainsaws were ordered under that fake name
2:30like they did with everything else.
2:32And on May 5th, David orders the body bag,
2:35the heavy duty laundry bags,
2:37the blue inflatable pool under the name Victoria Mendez.
2:41And I included the photos that Steve Fisher uploaded
2:43of packages sitting on David's doorstep with that same name.
2:47Prosecutors also allege that this is the day
2:49that David dismembered Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
2:52And then we also have David posting on His Instagram Stories
2:56in LA at eleven PM Pacific Time.
2:59On May 8th, David leaves his home at 11:30 p m.
3:02To go back to Santa Barbara County again.
3:05Then from May 8th to May 31st,
3:07nothing very significant happens
3:09because we know that David is also out of the country,
3:12and Japan, Korea, etcetera.
3:15Last thing I can find of David actually performing
3:17while he was out of the country
3:18before May 31st is May 25th of 2025.
3:22Prosecutors allege,
3:23basically when David gets back from being out of the country,
3:26that he goes back to Santa Barbara County on May 31st.
3:30And this one was interesting
3:31because they don't have any time frame next to the Santa Barbara trip
3:34like they do the others. From May 31st to July 7th.
3:37The prosecutors don't name anything,
3:39but they say on July 7th that David ordered a burn cage from Amazon
3:44under the fake name Victoria Mendez.
3:46And obviously, after this point
3:48is when they're alleging
3:49that David parked the Tesla for the very last time
3:52on July 29th of 2025, right before he would leave on his tour.
3:57And we know that David's Tesla was reported by neighbors
4:00for being abandoned at the end of August.
4:03Does it never move from the same spot that prosecutors are alleging
4:06that David left it at? Then finally,
4:08after a couple of days, it ends up getting towed after nobody moved it.
4:12And then they end up recovering Celeste Rivas Hernandez
4:14in the front of David's Tesla on September 8th.
4:17Just one day, After.
4:18It would have been her 15th birthday,
4:20but obviously she was gone way before then.
4:23And that's why we say
4:24Celeste Rebus Hernandez only made it to 14 years old.
4:28I thought this visual timeline
4:29would definitely help with the allegations from the prosecution,
4:32because you can see his time frame
4:34match up with exactly what they're alleging.
