0:00I'mma show you one of the ways that god speaks to us
0:02and one of the ways that the devil speaks to us.
0:04The easiest way that god speaks to us is from the pulling of the word
0:08or the remembrance of the word through the Holy Spirit.
0:10When you read the Bible,
0:11you're understanding the ways of god and the characteristics of god
0:14and how he talks. Many times,
0:16when you need a message from the Lord,
0:17God will pull out a memory of a scripture that you read
0:20or memory of a story in the Bible that you know.
0:22This is what John 16 and 13 says.
0:25But when he, the spirit of truth comes,
0:27which is the Holy Spirit, he will guide you into all truth.
0:30He will not speak on his own.
0:32He will speak of what he hears and will tell you things to come,
0:35meaning God's Spirit in you
0:37will only speak of what you've read and what you've heard.
0:40So the more Bible you know,
0:41the more vocabulary you give for the Holy Spirit to speak to you.
0:44Imagine one day you feel like everybody's against you,
0:47and you pray to God, God,
0:48I need help. God,
0:49give me a message. I'm so tired of this.
0:51And he draws back to your memory a verse that you read two days ago.
0:54And the verse Jesus calls to your remembrance is John 15:18,
0:57when he says, if the world hates you,
1:00remember that it Hated me first.
1:02So listen to the teachings of the word
1:03or read the word so god can have more room to speak to you.
1:07John 14 and 26 says this. But the helper,
1:10the Holy Spirit, who the father,
1:11was sent in my name, he will teach you all things.
1:13And he will draw to your remembrance all that I've said to you.
1:16The reason why the Bible is boring to some of us
1:18is because we don't understand.
1:20We're ingesting more vocabulary to give god room to speak to us.
1:23Now, here's one of the ways the devil speaks to us.
1:26One of the easiest ways the devil can speak to you is through sin.
1:29Whenever we practice sin,
1:30we give the devil legal ground in the spiritual room
1:32to come mess with us. You're giving him legal rights.
1:35First John 3 and 4 says, everybody who sins breaks the law.
1:38In fact, sin is lawlessness.
1:41So when you sin, the devil has right to come to you
1:43and speak terrible things to your mind.
1:45The devil might make you feel disgusting or worthless,
1:47or make you feel like god doesn't love you no more.
1:49Look at what John 8 and 44 says about the devil.
1:52When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own meaning.
1:56When the devil lies, he speaks of his own experience.
2:00Whenever you sin and you feel disgusting
2:01is because the devil felt disgust before.
2:03And he knows how to portray that.
2:05Emotion to you if you feel like you can never get close to god again
2:08is because the devil is giving you those feelings.
2:10Because he himself can never get close to god again.
2:13If you feel like god doesn't love you anymore,
2:15you should automatically know it's the devil.
2:17Because there's only one type of people that god doesn't love,
2:20and that's the devil and his agents.
2:21So to deceive you, the devil gives you feelings of how he feels.
2:25See, he's smart.
2:26He's the father of lies.
2:27So he's just not gonna lie and make it look dumb.
2:29No, he gonna lie with the truth.
2:31But it's his truth, not yours.
2:34This is just for an example.
2:35Remember when you used to.
2:37I hope. When we used to listen to secular artists
2:40and they used to get heartbroken,
2:41and we used to listen to their music,
2:42and we can really feel their pain?
2:44Like, it's a different type of vibe.
2:45It's because those artists actually went through pain.
2:48You can't make a person truly feel an emotion
2:51unless you know how it feels yourself.
2:52That's what the devil is doing to us.
2:54That's why the Bible says,
2:55love others as you love yourself.
2:57So the devil hates us because he hates himself.

Viral Breakdown

Hook (first 3 seconds)

  • Verbatim opening line: "I'mma show you one of the ways that god speaks to us and one of the ways that the devil speaks to us."
  • Hook pattern: Contrast (God vs. devil) + Curiosity gap ("one of the ways" implies insider knowledge)
  • Why it stops scroll: It frames a universal spiritual tension (good vs. evil) as a practical, teachable secret. Viewers who care about faith or spiritual warfare feel compelled to learn the "how."

Emotional Rhythm

  1. Curiosity + Authority (0:00–0:10): "I'mma show you" creates a teacher-student dynamic.
  2. Intellectual resonance (0:10–0:45): Explains how the Holy Spirit uses scripture memory — feels like a "aha" for believers who've experienced this.
  3. Tension spike (0:45–1:00): "Now, here's one of the ways the devil speaks to us" — shift from safe to threatening.
  4. Relief + Validation (1:00–1:40): Devil lies by projecting his own feelings (disgust, worthlessness). Viewer recognizes their own negative thoughts → emotional release.
  5. Climax (1:40–2:00): "He's gonna lie with the truth. But it's his truth, not yours." — this is the twist. High resonance, re-frames self-doubt as spiritual warfare.
  6. Resonance anchor (2:00–end): Secular music analogy (heartbreak songs) makes the abstract devil concept tangible. Ends on a memorable, relatable note.

Keyword Density

Word/Phrase Count Function
Devil / devil 9 Emotional pull (fear, spiritual warfare)
Speaks / speak / speaketh 8 Core action — drives the "how" curiosity
Word / Bible / scripture 7 Algorithmic reach (Christian/faith niche keywords)
Holy Spirit 5 Authority + theological depth
Feel / feeling / feelings 6 Emotional pull (relatability, self-doubt)
Remembrance / remember 5 Memory hook — triggers personal recall in viewer
Lie / lies / lying 4 Contrast to "truth" — drives tension
  • Algorithmic drivers: "Bible," "Holy Spirit," "word" — high search volume in faith niche.
  • Emotional pullers: "Feel," "devil," "lie" — tap into shame, doubt, and relief.

Why It Spreads

  1. Reframes negative self-talk as external warfare.
Concrete line: "If you feel like God doesn't love you anymore, you should automatically know it's the devil."
→ Viewers who struggle with shame or worthlessness instantly feel seen and get a clear enemy to blame — shareable relief.

  2. Insider knowledge structure ("one of the ways").
Concrete line: "I'mma show you one of the ways that god speaks to us and one of the ways that the devil speaks to us."
→ Creates a "secret revealed" vibe. People share to feel like they're passing on wisdom.

  3. Uses a universally relatable analogy (secular music).
Concrete line: "Remember when we used to listen to secular artists and they used to get heartbroken... we can really feel their pain?"
→ Bridges spiritual and pop culture. Non-religious viewers stay engaged. Makes the devil's tactic clickable.

  4. Actionable takeaway in the middle.
Concrete line: "The more Bible you know, the more vocabulary you give for the Holy Spirit to speak to you."
→ Gives a clear, repeatable habit (read Bible more). Viewers can immediately apply and share the "why."

  5. Emotional twist at climax.
Concrete line: "He's gonna lie with the truth. But it's his truth, not yours."
→ Memorable, quotable line. Perfect for captions, comments, and reposts. High rewatch value.

What You Can Steal

  1. Start with a contrast + curiosity gap.
Open with "I'mma show you X and Y" where X and Y are opposing forces. This creates a binary tension that forces the viewer to stay to learn both sides.

  2. Anchor an abstract concept (devil) in a concrete, shared experience (heartbreak songs).
Use pop culture analogies that 90% of your audience has felt. This makes spiritual or complex ideas feel personal and unforgettable.

  3. End with a twist that reframes a common negative emotion.
Identify a painful feeling your audience knows (e.g., "God doesn't love me") and flip it as a deception from an external source. This gives relief + a villain to reject — highly shareable.
