0:00I'm back at the Salt Lake City International Airport Shake Shack.
0:03And last time I was at this location,
0:06I was up, charged 50 cents for every item.
0:08When I selected no tip,
0:10Shake Shack came out and said it was just a glitch in the system.
0:13Now I'm here to find out if that's true.
0:34looks like there is an increase in prices here.
0:51Shake shack increased their prices on all their shakes,
0:55which is unfortunate.

1:00even with the increased prices,
1:02at a kiosk with no human interaction,
1:06I was still asked for a tip.
1:10To me, that strongly suggests something.
1:14Tipping culture in the United States is simply out of control.
1:18I'll let you decide for yourself.
