0:00Song Joon is ruining Stray Kids!
0:01Stray Kids is under division one,
0:02aka one label in the JYP company.
0:04Division one is run by its CEO,
0:05Song Joon. Division one is horrible at its job
0:07and she's the first person to blame.
0:08This woman has been essentially sabotaging the group for years
0:10and hurting the group and the members.
0:11The promotions are bad, the social media management is bad,
0:14the creative direction is flaming butt cheeks,
0:15they can't protect their artists for their life,
0:17and it's just getting worse.
0:18Not to mention the overpriced merchandise and as I said,
0:21constant sabotage. It's a miracle Stray Kids got so popular
0:23despite being under Division 1.
0:25And if you're still doubting how bad it is, Hyunjin,
0:27Sungmin, Lino,
0:28and Han have all complained about Division 1 more than once.
0:30even hinted something shady happened during their contract renewals,
0:33which could explain why Stray Kids has less freedom than rookie groups.
0:35And yes, a lot of the team needs to be replaced,
0:37but the root of it is Songjun.
0:38Nothing will get better unless she's gone.
0:40She needs to be fired. I'm not sure why she hasn't been fired yet,
0:42considering she's failed to do her job correctly for years.
0:44For example, she hired a stylist for Stray Kids
0:46who was previously fired from SM for stealing from
0:48and attempting to defame an Idol.
0:49Why did she hire the stylist,
0:50you may ask? Because the stylist is her friend
0:53and ever since Then Stray Kids styling has been lazy,
0:55boring, and usually kind of ugly.
0:56She's also Felix's personal stylist,
0:57I believe. That's just one example,
0:59but not only is Song Joon insanely incompetent at her job,
1:01she's also just creepy.
1:03Did you know she followed the members to the beach on their time off
1:05and she was wearing a swimsuit?
1:06That's just crazy to me.
1:07Her behavior as their boss is insanely inappropriate.
1:09She also apparently goes on every single brand trip with Felix.
1:12That isn't the CEO of the division's job.
1:14She isn't supposed to go to fashion events with him.
1:15That's the job of a manager.
1:17Song Jun seems obsessed with Felix,
1:18and it doesn't hurt that
1:19she clearly loves the attention she gets from Stray Kids.
1:21She's been seen wearing items right after Felix has already worn them,
1:23she's tagged alongside his account in every Instagram post about him,
1:26and she even owns the bead strap he made as merch a few months back.
1:34I could go deeper into the true incompetence of Division 1 as well,
1:36but the video would be an hour long so.
1:38I'll add one more thing. Division one again,
1:40LED by Song Joon, failed to report the numbers from the dominate tour,
1:42which lost Stray Kids lots of nominations and awards.
1:44And they never got recognized for how big their tour really was
1:46and ended up placed 10th most attended tour
1:48when they should have been in the top 5.
1:49This is a Big achievement that they now will never get credit for
1:51because of Division 1. And now
1:53who lost them insane amounts of opportunities and nominations
1:55has just won the Billboard Women in Music Award.
1:57Song Jun is not deserving of the award.
1:58All she does is take credit
1:59while doing absolutely nothing for the group.
2:01She doesn't even help with the actual music.
2:02Stray Kids is self produced.
2:04So why does she get an award
2:05while being the reason the actual artists have missed out on many
2:07like the AMAs which are currently happening?
2:08And she and her team can't bother to listen to
2:10stays and promote it like other groups are doing.
2:11She satisfies armies BTS fans the moment they complain,
2:14but can't listen to the fandom of her own group.
2:16BTW, other groups Song Jun is hurting include Nexi and Nijiu,
2:18as well as any Japanese comeback from a JYP group.
2:20It will only get worse for Stray Kids if Song Jun stays as their CEO,
2:22so please help complain about her.
