0:00Single mom, five kids,
0:01all your kids live with you.
0:02Yes. Okay.
0:04So there should be child support coming in, right?
0:06Yes. So what does that add to your income,
0:08$1,000 a month. No,
0:10pretty much. I've been fighting for child support increase,
0:13but he placed the divorce order in another state
0:16and it's become impossible
0:18for him to voluntarily agree to give Texas jurisdiction.
0:21He's purposely not doing it
0:23so that I can't get the actual income I need for the children.
0:27He was the father of all five.
0:28He's the father of two and the two oldest.
0:31What about the others? Then there should be child support.
0:33My son, he does get sporadic child support payments,
0:36like 3, 70 a month. Okay.
0:39I don't receive all of that.
0:41I believe there are two other children unaccounted for. Right.
0:45I don't get child support for both of them.
0:47Why? Her dad is completely evading.
0:50They've tried locating him like four times and he's a chameleon.
0:56I don't think you have the best pick in men.
0:59I do not. And have you talked to a lawyer about any of this?
1:02No. Actually,
1:03I did do the research 2 years ago.
1:05When I did,
1:06after the year passed and the child support was still waiting
1:09cause I have a hearing that's set.
1:10Just waiting for him to voluntarily give Texas permission
1:13to take over the case. And, okay,
1:16to be clear, I have a little bit of sympathy.
1:18Sympathy starts to Go away
1:19when I start looking at that checking account,
1:21and that checking account is one of the more wild things I have viewed.
