0:00Here are some things people with ADHD want you to know.
0:03We are fighting demons and internal battles every single day.
0:07You can't see inside a person's brain and the stuff that goes on inside our brains can sometimes be really dark.
0:14We do love you a lot.
0:15I know that we can forget birthdays, important events and sometimes come across very self-centered.
0:22But trust me, we do love you and we love you way more than you can understand.
0:26We feel guilty a lot.
0:28For example, cancelling plans, not going to cool events and important events because of social anxiety and feeling overstimulated.
0:37It does make us feel guilty and that guilt can really hurt.
0:41When we interrupt, we're not being rude.
0:43If we don't say it there and then, there's a good chance we're not going to say it because we have so many thoughts going on.
0:49So we'll forget about it.
0:50So yeah, we're not being rude.
0:52We just have to let you know there and then.
0:53We are really trying.
0:55We're trying our best.
0:56and sometimes our best doesn't feel good enough but the main thing is we are trying and I feel
1:02like we all want the best for everyone. If you're neurodivergent you'll understand this straight away
1:08you'll have over 2,000 if not more screenshots on your phone and you haven't used any of them.
1:13You've always felt alone even when there's people around you. You see things visually for example if
1:19I'm having a conversation with you and you're replying I'm actually seeing that like a movie
1:24in my brain. You can happily eat the same food every single day for 200 plus days. Do you know
1:31the month? You've been listening to the same song on repeat for the last two months. Small talk
1:36absolutely drained your soul. Your intuition is on point. You say things before they happen.
1:43You know, you call events before they happen and you can see through people's bullshit. That's one
1:48of my favorite things about being neurodivergent for sure.

Viral Breakdown

Hook (first 3 seconds)

  • Pirmoji eilutė verbatim: „Here are some things people with ADHD want you to know.“
  • Hoko tipas: pažadas / sąrašo formatas („things you want to know“) – ne agresyvus teiginys, o „leidimas pažvelgti į vidų“.
  • Kodėl sustabdo scroll‘ą: žiūrovas gauna aiškų kontraktą – „per kelias sekundes sužinosi, ko žmonės su ADHD negali pasakyti garsiai“. Tai smalsumo spąstai: jei turi ADHD – atpažinsi save; jei ne – norėsi suprasti artimą žmogų. Abu segmentai lieka žiūrėti.

Emotional Rhythm

  • Smalsumas (0–3 s): „things you want to know“ – atidaromas informacijos kiautas.
  • Sunkumas / tamsa (3–10 s): „fighting demons“, „really dark“ – įvedama įtampa ir empatijos prašymas.
  • Kaltė ir atsiprašymas (10–25 s): „We do love you“, „we feel guilty a lot“, „cancelling plans“ – emocinis žemas taškas, kur žiūrovas jaučia gailestį.
  • Gynyba / paaiškinimas (25–40 s): „we‘re not being rude“, „we‘re really trying“ – įtampa švelnėja, atsiranda supratimas.
  • Atpažinimo twist‘as (40 s+): „If you‘re neurodivergent you‘ll understand this straight away“ – tonas apsisuka nuo liūdno prie lengvo, net humoristinio (screenshot‘ai, ta pati daina, small talk).
  • Klimaksas: „You can see through people‘s bullshit“ – čia emocinė kulminacija, nes iš aukos pozicijos pereinama į galią / pasididžiavimą.
  • Rezoliucija: „That‘s one of my favorite things about being neurodivergent“ – užbaigiama šiluma ir tapatybės šventimu.

Keyword Density

  • ADHD – pagrindinis algoritmo raktas, padeda patekti į ADHD nišą.
  • neurodivergent – bendruomenės identiteto žymeklis, didina dalijimąsi.
  • we / you – kuria tiesioginį ryšį ir „aš irgi“ efektą.
  • guilty / guilt – emocinis kabliukas, sukelia empatiją.
  • trying / best – universalus, bet stiprus emocinis pakartojimas.
  • love you – šilumos signalas, mažina gynybinę reakciją.
  • overstimulated – specifinis, bet labai atpažįstamas terminas.
  • screenshots – konkretus, vizualus, memiškas elementas.
  • same song / same food – kasdieniai pavyzdžiai, kurie verčia komentuoti „aš irgi“.
  • see through bullshit – stipriausia frazė, generuojanti citatas ir dalijimąsi.

Algoritminį pasiekiamumą labiausiai varo ADHD ir neurodivergent (paieška + niša). Emocinį įsitraukimą – guilty, trying, love you, see through bullshit.

Why It Spreads

  • Dviguba auditorija viename klipe: pirmoji dalis („we are fighting demons“, „we feel guilty“) skirta neurotipiniams artimiesiems, antroji („you‘ll understand this straight away“) – patiems neurodivergentiniams. Abi grupės jaučiasi „pakviestos“.
  • Checklist‘o formatas kaip komentarų mašina: „over 2,000 screenshots“, „same food every single day“, „same song on repeat“ – kiekvienas punktas yra atskiras kabliukas komentarui „aš irgi“.
  • Kaltės pervertimas į pasididžiavimą: eilutė „That‘s one of my favorite things about being neurodivergent“ paverčia visą video ne skundu, o tapatybės šventimu – tai dalijimosi motyvacija.
  • Konkretūs, vizualūs pavyzdžiai: „seeing that like a movie in my brain“, „small talk absolutely drained your soul“ – abstrakčios būsenos paverčiamos vaizdais, kuriuos lengva perfrazuoti ir cituoti.
  • Emocinis kontrastas: nuo „really dark“ iki „one of my favorite things“ – žiūrovas patiria pilną emocinį lanką per trumpą laiką, todėl video jaučiasi „daugiau nei 60 sekundžių“.

What You Can Steal
