0:00If you wanna look extra good this summer and glossy, girl,
0:03you need to fix your body care routine.
0:04As a body care lover,
0:05let me put you on to my favourites so you can look like a shining diva.
0:09Perfect model Bella Hadid,
0:11all summer long. Let's get into it.
0:12First thing that you should be doing when you get in the shower
0:15is use any type of body bar,
0:16like the Dove ones I once that I find at T J. Maxx.
0:19All I really look at are the ingredients
0:20and make sure that there's no irritants in there.
0:22As, like,
0:22my first cleanse, I would say to get the dirt off.
0:25Not saying I'm dirty or you're dirty,
0:26but you just never know. Before moving on to body washes,
0:29let me just mention this little glove from your Saba.
0:32It was kind of dirty. Sorry.
0:33This is a Kessa. I believe that's how you say it.
0:35This is a Moroccan exfoliating glove.
0:37Use this with Moroccan black soap
0:39and your skin will be so smooth and perfect.
0:42Moving on to body washes, I'm gonna start off with the most affordable.
0:45I love my olay body washes.
0:47I love the strawberry one,
0:48and now I really like this one.
0:49This is part of their super serum I'm collection.
0:51It just hydrates your skin in a way that's not really normal,
0:54I guess in drugstore body washes.
0:56It smells very feminine, kind of a little bit floral.
0:59If you Have very sensitive skin,
1:01Cetaphil or Vani cream washes are your best friend.
1:03This one is the gentle skin cleanser.
1:05Right now, people think that this is just for your face,
1:07but no, this could be used for your body.
1:08And it's not fragrant, so it's perfect if you have very irritable skin.
1:12Another really great sensitive skin option is the Cocoa Kind
1:15Face and Body Cleanser. The milky consistency to it.
1:18This one leaves the hydrating film on your skin,
1:20so just keep in mind, a body wash I can literally drink like water.
1:23Is the Nerium Glow Getter Body Wash.
1:25I love body wash. You don't understand.
1:28I'm very passionate about this line.
1:30It gives your skin such a beautiful glow.
1:32Without the lotion, you will come out of the shower
1:34and you will instantly feel the difference.
1:36This just hydrates your skin so beautifully.
1:38It doesn't really have a scent.
1:40Maybe a little bit vanilla e,
1:42but it's not really heavily fragrance.
1:43If you don't care about the price tag and you just want something nice,
1:46treat yourself. The Amika One smells.
1:49The Omega 1 smells fruity, floral,
1:50lingers on your skin like crazy.
1:52As well as the Soligenital Shower Oil.
1:54A little bit vanilla, sugared violet type of vibe,
1:56if you're really a vanilla girl.
1:58This is really the one scent I love from Josie Maran.
2:00This is vanilla vibes to me.
2:01This smells like a cupcake.
2:03And if you're not into the sweet scents
2:04and You just want something spa like.
2:06Salt and stone is the place to go.
2:08This one is the bergamot and hinoki scent.
2:10As you can see, she's very loved.
2:12She's on the last drop. To apply all these,
2:14a silicone body scrubber is so much better than a loofah.
2:17Throw your loofah out. Well,
2:18as an African, and that sponge.
2:20Do yourself a favour, get you one of these.
2:22If you struggle with body acne,
2:24Knoxville Acne Body Wash is perfect.
2:26It's cleared up my acne.
2:27This was my back before and this is my back now.
2:29You can really see the difference,
2:30and it's because of this. Now,
2:32for lotions, these are a few that I feel like deserve recognition.
2:35Starting off, if you have sensitive skin,
2:37the Bioma Sensitive Skin Body Lotion.
2:39Perfect. No scent,
2:40which is what the sensitive girls need.
2:42And also very hydrating. This has oat extract,
2:45which really just soothes the skin.
2:47Ceramides and shea butter,
2:48which all again, nourish and hydrate.
2:50If you don't mind the fragrance, EOS.
2:52I think we all know this. Such a classic.
2:54Specifically the strawberry one.
2:55I feel like this is very me.
2:57I love strawberry. And one that I use for the scent
2:59and also the benefits that it gives me
3:01is the body butterlotta by Sol de Janero.
3:02The really lightweight consistency,
3:05has that very classic pistachio caramel scent.
3:07Let's talk about body butters.
3:09Starting off with the most affordable is the NYX Fat Oil Body Butter.
3:12Look at the consistency of that.
3:14That is rich. They also have a shimmer version of this.
3:16Smells like a vanilla cupcake girl.
3:18That is such a whipped formula.
3:19And because it's a body butter,
3:21it's a little bit heavier on the skin,
3:22but it absorbs well. Another one that I am obsessed with,
3:25and I can confidently say this is one of my all time favorites,
3:28is the low. Get it?
3:28Butter. Butter.
3:30What's the necessity of glow body butter?
3:32That is a riddle. It gives a glow on its own.
3:34You don't need a body oil with this.
3:35I'm some like my videos,
3:36I'm just wearing this because it looks phenomenal.
3:38For the shaving part, exfoliating is important.
3:41I like a sugar scrub before I exfoliate.
3:43The ones from Dove are always such a solid and affordable option.
3:46Shaving oil from EOS. My all time favorites.
3:49I prefer a shaving oil because I wanna see where I shave.
3:51I got a little freaked out about that.
3:53And for my shaving, I like the flamingo razors.
3:55You are really a nice, smooth shave.
3:57Now for my oils, I'm clearly order
4:00starting off with the most affordable and the most long lasting
4:02Vaseline body oil. It has like a cocoa butter type of scent.
4:06You're not used to body oils.
4:08This one is gonna feel a little bit uncomfortable on your skin
4:10putting it out there, but she's affordable and it's good,
4:12and it gives you that glass like Effect.
4:14An affordable option is a NYX body oil.
4:16This one has shimmers in it,
4:17which is why I included it.
4:18I'm gonna place it over here.
4:20My body is just like a bunch of swatches of body care.
4:22But look, this gives you such a beautiful shine.
4:25Lighter options that don't feel as heavy on the skin,
4:28or the Rare Beauty Body Oil Mousse.
4:30It comes out in the whipped type of consistency.
4:33The Natatorium Glow Getter Body Oil,
4:34same situation. It gives such a beautiful glassy shine.
4:38Moving on to SPF Oils. Coco and Eve SPF 50.
4:41So shimmery and beautiful on the skin.
4:43As well as the Salt Air 1,
4:44as well as the Vacation Shimmer Body Oil.
4:47See, it's much more gold like than the rest.
4:50On the topic of Spfs, these are a few of my favourites.
4:53My all time favourite is the cocoa and Eve one.
4:55This is the sunny honey protect.
4:57We like it because it's the most lightweight SPF I've tried.
5:00There's no white cast with this.
5:01And also the scent really got me.
5:03It smells like fruit to me.
5:04If you don't like all that shiny mess,
5:06I get you the Unseen Body Sunscreen by Supergoop.
5:09Really good. It's like a satiny look to it.
5:11Hey girl, that was a recollection of like my favourite body care.
5:14Please let me know what you think
5:15and also let me know if this helped you in any way.
5:18I love talking about body Care
5:19so I can go on for hours. You just let me know,
5:21okay? Bye.

Viral Breakdown

Hook (first 3 seconds)

  • Verbatim opening line: "If you wanna look extra good this summer and glossy, girl, you need to fix your body care routine."
  • Hook pattern: Bold claim + aspirational promise ("look extra good this summer and glossy")
  • Why it stops scrolling: It targets a specific insecurity (not looking "glossy" enough) and offers a direct solution, while the word "fix" creates urgency. The phrase "extra good" and "glossy" are highly visual and aspirational, making viewers imagine the result immediately.

Emotional Rhythm

  • Beats:
    1. Aspirational desire (0:00–0:05): "look extra good… glossy" — triggers longing
    2. Trust-building (0:05–0:10): "As a body care lover" — establishes authority
    3. Curiosity/excitement (0:10–0:15): "let me put you on to my favourites… shining diva… Bella Hadid" — creates anticipation
    4. Instructional flow (0:15–5:30): Step-by-step product recommendations — keeps viewer engaged with "what's next"
    5. Relatable humor (0:30–0:35): "Not saying I'm dirty or you're dirty, but you just never know" — breaks tension
    6. Visual payoff (multiple points): "Look at the consistency of that" and "my back before and my back now" — proof moments
    7. Climax (around 5:00): "I can confidently say this is one of my all time favorites… it gives a glow on its own" — strongest endorsement
    8. Closing warmth (end): "I love talking about body care… please let me know" — community invitation

Keyword Density

  • Strongest repeated words/phrases:
    • "body" (30+ times) — algorithmic: broad beauty/wellness category
    • "glow/glossy/shine" (10+ times) — emotional: aspirational visual
    • "hydrate/hydrating" (8+ times) — emotional: skin benefit
    • "affordable" (6+ times) — emotional: accessibility, relatability
    • "sensitive skin" (5+ times) — algorithmic: high-search problem/solution
    • "scent/fragrance/vanilla" (10+ times) — emotional: sensory appeal
    • "favourite/favorites" (8+ times) — emotional: personal endorsement
    • "butter/creamy/whipped" (6+ times) — emotional: texture appeal

Why It Spreads

  1. Hyper-specific product recommendations create "save-worthy" value.
Transcript evidence: "Dove ones I find at TJ Maxx," "Cetaphil or Vanicream," "Nerium Glow Getter" — viewers save for shopping lists, boosting algorithmic signals.

  2. Relatable self-deprecation breaks influencer polish.
Transcript evidence: "Not saying I'm dirty or you're dirty, but you just never know" — humanizes the creator, increases trust and shareability.

  3. Visual proof moments trigger "I need that" desire.
Transcript evidence: "This was my back before and this is my back now" — before/after is the most shareable format in beauty.

  4. Sensory language makes the experience feel tangible.
Transcript evidence: "Smells like a vanilla cupcake," "whipped formula," "glassy shine" — viewers imagine the product on themselves, driving engagement.

  5. Community-building close invites participation.
Transcript evidence: "Please let me know what you think… I can go on for hours" — encourages comments, which boosts reach.

What You Can Steal

  1. Lead with a "fix" not a "try."
Instead of "here are some products," say "you need to fix [problem]" — creates urgency and positions you as the solution.

  2. Sprinkle 1–2 moments of imperfection.
A quick "it was kind of dirty, sorry" or "I got a little freaked out about that" makes you human and builds trust faster than perfect polish.

  3. End with a direct invitation to continue the conversation.
"Let me know if this helped you" or "I can go on for hours" prompts comments, which is the #1 algorithmic growth lever for short-form video.
