0:43And that is okay. Once you understand that,
0:46you know what? They're free to do whatever they want.
0:48Become free from this illusion of control.
0:50And when you are trying to control everyone around you,
0:53you're literally handing your power to people.
0:54You can trigger me. You can make me upset.
0:57You can make me happy. You can make me go up.
0:59You can make me go down. Guess what?
