0:00My burger restaurant is struggling.
0:02Hi, I'm Ben and I own hey sister.
0:04We sell burger, milkshake and fries and also we have poke bowls as well.
0:08These are the few things I've done
0:09to try to change a little bit of the atmosphere
0:11in our shop.
0:12The first thing that we did is to clean out some of the spider webs
0:15that's over here.
0:15And then the second thing that we did is to change the main entrance,
0:18the door. We got rid of the old big glass door
0:21and we changed to something that's more manageable.
0:22I've added on the bench here for customer to wait for pickups
0:26and some plans. We always have sonar sound system in the shop
0:29to improve the dining ambience.
0:31I've added on a subwoofer
0:33and also we changed our chairs in the kitchen.
0:36We also been working hard to improve a lot of the workflow
0:39and the quality of our food
0:41as well. We are actually refining our menu,
0:43taking off a little bit of many items that is not selling well.
0:46And I think we're adding more to the menu as well.
0:48Ever since we make these changes,
0:50there's actually a lot more customers coming back.
0:52A lot of them are actually enjoying dining in
0:54and they've seen the changes as well.
0:56And I hope we are able to get more of our customers to come back.
0:59Hopefully we'll attract more new customers.
