Check these before retrying a translation
The video does not load
Open the link on TikTok and check that it points to a public video, not a profile or playlist. Copy a fresh Share link if the video is available. A deleted or private video may not be accessible to the tool.
The transcript is empty
Listen for spoken words. Music-only clips and text drawn on screen are different inputs from speech. If speech is present, check whether loud music or overlapping speakers make the source hard to understand.
The export has only one language

This tool transcribes spoken audio and translates that transcript. A post description, a hashtag, or words drawn on the video are different from speech. If a clip contains only music or on-screen text, it may not produce a spoken transcript.
How do I export the original and translation in one SRT file?
Wait for the translation to appear, select both languages in the transcript export options, then download SRT. Each cue contains the original line and its translation with the same timestamps. Choose original or translated text instead when you only need one language.
What should I do if my TikTok link cannot be processed?
